International China Concern
Until recently, this incredible organisation had been using the same marketing as it had when it began more than ten years ago. After spending some time with them in China and the UK, I set out to develop the organisation a new brand. It was important not to alienate existing supporters, so evolving instead of replacing the brand was important. It had to work in both western and Chinese cultures. I created a new logo that incorporated elements of the previous logo and other traditional chinese elements. The result has been amazingly successful.
I’ve also begun a thorough analysis of the various business process that occur throughout the organisation and architecting a complete end-to-end business solution. Multiple languages and countries make for an interesting challenge.
